At Coastal Fitness Training our workouts are 40 Minute trainer lead, bootcamp style classes. But, don’t let the word bootcamp scare you. Our classes are instructed by amazing women that are passionate about tailoring each workout for each individual. Our classes incorporate the fun of bootcamp with those fundamental movements that will help in every day life. Each class will warm you up, work you out and cool you down all within an amount of time that will not tie up your whole day.
Cardio? We got it!
Strength and Conditioning? We got it!
Fun? Definitely!
Camaraderie ? For sure!

We also have one Saturday class at 8am (subject to change)
