A class filled with fun and plain hard work. It’s that simple. We have developed a mix of Bootcamp, HIIT and choreographed group fitness classes, that keep you moving and leave you with maximum results! No leg day, No arm day… We work every muscle EVERY DAY!

This is a wonderful group of ladies. I tried the free trail for a week and when that was over, I joined the CFT tribe. I’ve never been in shape in my entire life. It doesn’t matter if your in shape or not, there is all levels of women here and they are and will be very supportive. Come check us out. you won’t regret it. I know I don’t.
